If you have any complaint in respect of services provided by Resolution Insurance Broker LLC please contact our company office at the address of 3rd floor, 18/1 Vardanants str., 0010 Yerevan or email us at infor@recon.am

Written reply reflecting Our Company’s clear position of refusal, meeting or partial meeting of a demand/complaint will be provided to the Customer within 10 working days with effect from the time the Company received Customer’s demand/complaint.

The Customers can receive information about questions concerning claims procedures by following telephone number: (+374 10) 52 74 28.

If the Customer is not satisfied with our written reply he/she can apply to the Financial System Mediator to defend their rights at www.fsm.am as per this dispute resolution explanatory bulletin.

The right to receive information defined by Republic of Armenia Law on Insurance and insurance activities and other information relating to the methods, location, timing, fees charged to receive such information is open and available to everybody.
